If you got an all-plastic tube that leaves a watery mess when trying to use it, that is NOT Cushion Grip but sadly a fake one that stole our name and design and are being sold by Chinese sellers on places like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart. We highly recommend you get a refund as soon as possible. We are very aware of the counterfeit situation and have made progress in getting rid of them but in the meantime, the safest place to shop for Cushion Grip will always be our official website! You'd be buying from our Florida facility and enjoy fast shipping!
